The roof is wooden beamed and there is enough standing height to convert it into another living space.
The windows in the house are wood framed and need to be replaced, whereas the wooden floors in the living rooms and the bedrooms are in good state of repair.
At one far corner of the plot there is a two room old stone cottage, which could be converted into a self-contained accommodation. There are three large orange trees in front of it, and a threshing circle in stone.
Adjacent to the main house there is a two-car garage with metal sliding doors and several larger sheds and a carport for a tractor and to store firewood.
There are a number of mature fruit and olive trees on the land, and many well maintained grape vines. The owner produced 800 liters of wine last autumn.
The property is in a very private location, not overlooked by neighbors yet not isolated.
The house is situated on a flat plot of land measuring around one hectar. There are two large wells and a borehole to ensure steady water supply. The house is supplied by the borehole. If desired, it can easily be connected to mains water. The house is connected to three-phased electricity.
